1. Overview

SMM Analytics Dashboard (the “Service”) is an internal analytics panel used to monitor performance of social media accounts. It is operated at panel.rmrp-work.ru and is intended to be used by the owner of the connected accounts.

2. Data we process

The Service may process the following types of data:

• Identifiers of social media accounts (for example, username, channel ID).
• Information about posts and videos (publish date, text, links, post/video IDs).
• Public statistics such as views, likes, comments, shares and similar engagement metrics.
• Technical integration data (for example, access tokens) stored securely where required for the Service to operate.

The Service does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data categories through its functionality.

3. Use of the TikTok API

The Service may use the official TikTok API to access data. This access is limited to the TikTok account whose owner has explicitly authorized the application.

Via the TikTok API the Service may obtain:

• A list of the owner’s videos.
• Associated statistics, such as view counts, like counts and comment counts.

The data is used solely for:

• Displaying analytics and reports inside the dashboard.
• Helping the account owner understand content performance.

The Service does not publish or edit content on behalf of the user via the TikTok API, does not collect data about unrelated TikTok users, and does not sell or share TikTok data with third parties.

Use of the TikTok API is also subject to the TikTok Developer Terms and TikTok API Terms of Service .

4. Data storage and security

Data processed by the Service is stored within the infrastructure controlled by the Service owner. Access to data is restricted to the Service owner and authorized personnel, if any.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are taken to protect data from unauthorized access, modification or deletion.

5. Data sharing

We do not share collected data with third parties, except where required by applicable law.

6. Data retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to operate the Service and provide analytics, unless a different retention period is required by law or configured by the Service owner.
