SMM Analytics Dashboard may use the official TikTok API to access data. This access is limited to the TikTok account whose owner has explicitly authorized SMM Analytics Dashboard.
Via the TikTok API, SMM Analytics Dashboard may obtain:
- A list of the user’s videos.
- Associated statistics, such as view counts, like counts and comment counts.
The data is used solely for:
- Displaying analytics and reports inside SMM Analytics Dashboard.
- Helping the user understand content performance.
SMM Analytics Dashboard does not publish or edit content on behalf of the user via the TikTok API, does not collect data about unrelated TikTok users, and does not sell or share TikTok data with third parties.
Use of the TikTok API is also subject to the TikTok Developer Terms and TikTok API Terms of Service.
4. Data storage and security
Data processed by SMM Analytics Dashboard is stored within the infrastructure controlled by the Service operator. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are taken to protect data from unauthorized access, modification or deletion.
5. Data sharing
SMM Analytics Dashboard does not share collected data with third parties, except where required by applicable law.
6. Data retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to operate SMM Analytics Dashboard and provide analytics, unless a different retention period is required by law.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. Upon receiving your request, SMM Analytics Dashboard will delete the relevant data within a reasonable timeframe.
