By accessing or using SMM Analytics Dashboard (referred to as “SMM Analytics Dashboard”, “we”, “us” or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use SMM Analytics Dashboard.
2. Description of the Service
SMM Analytics Dashboard is a web-based analytics service that helps users track and analyze performance of social media content across platforms including, but not limited to, VK, YouTube and TikTok.
SMM Analytics Dashboard provides the following capabilities:
- Collecting publicly available data about posts and videos from authorized accounts.
- Aggregating engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments and shares.
- Generating reports by project, platform and time period.
- Comparing performance between accounts where platform policies allow.
3. User obligations
When using SMM Analytics Dashboard, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when connecting social media accounts.
- Use SMM Analytics Dashboard only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Not attempt to access data from accounts you do not own or have authorization to manage.
- Comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms accessed through SMM Analytics Dashboard (including TikTok, YouTube, VK and others).
4. Third-party platform data
SMM Analytics Dashboard integrates with third-party platforms via their official APIs. Your use of data obtained from these platforms is subject to each platform’s own terms of service and policies. SMM Analytics Dashboard is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or their availability.
5. Intellectual property
All content, design elements and code that comprise SMM Analytics Dashboard are the property of the Service operator. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of SMM Analytics Dashboard without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
SMM Analytics Dashboard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that SMM Analytics Dashboard will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of SMM Analytics Dashboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SMM Analytics Dashboard at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
